    If you’ve ever washed your face and still felt uncomfortable afterwards, I made this for you. I used to think that my dry, flaky skin was just “how my skin is.” But as I formulated and tested, I realized how damaging the wrong cleanser can be. And I discovered that the right cleanser, designed with climate in mind, can be a gamechanger, helping to support and restore your skin barrier. That’s how this product or “TLC” as we call it, was born.

    What are the directions for use?

    Take 1-2 pumps and massage onto dry skin using upward, circular motions (the gel transforms into a nourishing oil).

    Add warm water to emulsify into a milky texture, then rinse well and pat dry.

    Avoid direct contact with the eyes.


    Is a second cleanse necessary?

    Most people do not need a second cleanse. If you prefer to double cleanse, dissolve makeup with the gel, wipe off with a cotton pad, then repeat. Rinse only once.


    Will this cleanser remove waterproof makeup and sunscreen?

    For heavy makeup, take 1-2 pumps, massage for 60 seconds, wipe with a cotton pad, then repeat. Rinse only once.


    Can this cleanser be used in the morning and evening?

    AM: Use as a light cleanser, if needed.

    PM: Use as your main cleanser to remove sunscreen, makeup, and the day's build-up.


    What alternative uses are there for this cleanser?

    FACEWASH+ can also be used as a quick face mask for a radiant glow.

    Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin for 2-5 minutes, then emulsify with water and rinse. Patch test first and avoid the eye area.


    Is this cleanser suitable for sensitive and/or acne-prone skin?

    It is designed to be gentle, but patch test first, especially if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.


    How should this product be stored?

    Store below 25°C and away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
