Shipping Destinations: we ship to: 

  • All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • International destinations.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping speed

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or other import taxes based on the destination country's laws.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
  • Anju LLC is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
  • Refusal to pay import duties may result in the return or disposal of goods without refund.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an international order.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through:

  • Our logistics partners' official tracking portals
  • Company Website-Order (for registered customers only)

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of order.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional redelivery fees may apply.
  • After two failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, refunds (minus shipping charges) will be processed upon receipt of returned goods.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages: We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, tampered, or is not received, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the packaging and product, or an unboxing video for support.
  3. For international orders: allow up to 20 days before declaring a package lost.

We will coordinate with the courier and offer a replacement, depending on the situation and shipping terms.

 

Force Majeure: Anju LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Customs clearance delays, Political unrest or sanctions, Global pandemics, Courier service disruptions, Act of God
