Refund policy

At Anju LLC (“SINHA”), we strive to offer a reliable and transparent shopping experience for customers in the United Arab Emirates and worldwide. While we aim to meet your expectations, certain limitations and legal considerations apply depending on your location, product type, and nature of the issue.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:  You may request to cancel an order only if:

  • It has not been dispatched from our warehouse; or
  • The request is received within 1.0 hour of placing the order—whichever occurs first.

To make a cancellation request, email us at contact@sinhasbeauty.com with your order reference.  Please note: Partial cancellations (i.e., removing individual items) are not supported. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to our review and discretion. If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted, regardless of shipping destination.

 

Bulk Order Cancellation: To protect against misuse:

  • We reserve the right to delay or deny refunds where multiple bulk orders have been cancelled, or
  • Where we suspect fraudulent, high-risk, or abusive behavior.

In such cases, refunds may be delayed up to 180 calendar days pending investigation. Any action taken will be communicated in writing.

 

Damaged, wrong, incomplete products: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Email us at contact@sinhasbeauty.com with your order reference. After internal verification, and if your claim is accepted, we may offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if legally required)
  • Claims received after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

No returns policy: Due to the nature of our products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, wellness), we maintain a strict no-return policy unless legally required. Opened, unsealed, or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies globally, unless mandatory local laws state otherwise. In UAE, this is in line with Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2020.

 

Ineffectiveness or Performance issue: We do not guarantee results or efficacy, as skin types and product suitability vary by individual. If you believe a product is ineffective, you may contact us within 7 days of usage. We may provide store credit (not cash refunds), but this is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject requests that relate to subjective dissatisfaction or misuse of the product.

 

Adverse Reaction or Skin Irritation: All products are developed with safety in mind; however: Customers are advised to conduct a patch test before full use.  In case of irritation or adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact us. In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. While we do not offer dermatological treatments or monetary compensation, we will assist you in identifying a suitable resolution. We do not assume liability for skin reactions.

 

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

  • Lost profits, business, or goodwill

  • Misuse or modification of our products after sale

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: For UAE customers, this policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For international customers, this policy is subject to the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, only where such laws override these terms.

 

Disputes shall be resolved:

  • Through internal escalation and mediation first
  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by law
